FTC’s Off To The Races Again!

Dear Member,

The Founder Members would like to invite you to a Special First Thursday Event to be held on Thursday 14th October 2010 (Nottingham Racecourse’s ‘Construction Day’). This special event will replace the First Thursday event for the month of October.

This event offers an excellent networking opportunity, with the added bonus of being able to network with construction professionals from outside of the First Thursday Club.

Now for the good news, the Club will as always subsidies the event for our members, which means that club members will pay £90.00 towards tickets for the event. We have detailed below what is included in the ticket price, and we are sure you will agree that £90.00 is a very reasonable cost. (If your organisation holds 2 memberships with the club, then you are entitled to 2 tickets at £90.00)

You also have the option to bring along a guest(s); you would however have to pay the full price of £150.00 per guest.

We will be producing a souvenir booklet within which we will be offering all members the opportunity to advertise, further details are available upon request.

Conditions:

Unfortunately due to the costs involved with holding this event, and the fact that at last year’s events certain members refused to pay for tickets, the clubs had to draw up some terms and conditions.

Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis, due to limited numbers
No tickets are guaranteed until payments been received by the FTC
No monies will be refunded for cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the event
No tickets will be issued prior to payment
Non attendees (on the day) will forfeit all monies, the club will have to pay for the maximum number of people held by the hospitality suite regardless of numbers on the day

FTC Goes Racing - Advertising

Further to our recent communications relating to the FTC’s Off To The Races Again!, we detail below the rates for advertising in the First Thursday Club publication.

This offer is open to all members regardless of whether you will be able to join us on the 14th October. The prices quoted below are for inclusion within all reprints of the October publications. All adverts will also appear on the clubs website for a minimum period of 1 year.

Like previous years we will be handing out the publications to other Raceday goers at the Construction Day event, further expanding your companies’ exposure, within the local construction industry. The club will also be using the publication to promote the club to potential new members.

An invoice will be provided upon printing of the publication, invoice to be paid within 7 days of receipt.
